If a guy gives you a piggyback ride, could that be a sign that he likes you?

I was walking around with a group of friends and this guy I like. I asked one of my friends to give me a piggyback ride, but she said no. Then the guy I like offered to give me one so I said yes :) could this be a sign that he likes me?
