What could have been sooo important that she couldn't wait the 2-3 mins it takes for a train to p? Now she has 2 less children and who knows how long the mental scars will overlap their physical scars. Totally ridiculous. She has the rest of her life to regret that "decision" as well as possible resentment from her remaining 2 children.
