Clical Music, Why is this happening to me?

petr b's answer is awesome. One thing I think is great is not only listening to clical music, but performing it as well. If you don't play an instrument or sing, try taking lessons or joining a choir or something! You can find reasonably priced lessons pretty easily, and community ensembles are frequently recruiting volunteers.
