I really really want this man, what do i do?

I am 17 and this guy who's my neighbour is 28....he is a doc, really hot and so cute..what i like the most about him is that he is so subdued in his approach and he is so gentlemanly........i really love his muscles and once i was at this water park where he too was there with his nephews and nieces, what i did was that i went up to him and slightly touched his , he turned around and said hi, i blushed...after that he doesn't come in front of me anymore.....what do i do? i really really really WANT HIM
