Need help with a wingman logitech?

ok so here is how it is. im trying to play doom 3 and every time the game loads up the mouse goes to the far left. then when i actully get into the game the guy just backs up and wont stop. im using a wingman rumblepad, but i dont know how to reset the joysticks can anyone help?
