Why are there too many saudis dont pray during prayer time?

im a restaurant manager, we close during prayer time but we let our guest stay inside & all staff go out so basically we dont do any service during salah. but some guest insist to order even its adan already, we just ignored them coz i dont like any of my staff to be reprimanded by those saddest mutawa, even if it caused costumer complain. many too go inside our resto during adan just to hide during salah then go out after without making any order from us. men in the male section makes salah a time for chatting then when mutawa suddenly comes they all run away like criminals ( which is a very funny scene ). prayer time should be the time to pray but i can only see few doing it. so whats the point of salah?
