Find a Waffle or Huddle House. There are bound to be some off of the interstate somewhere. If not, always hit up dollar menu at Mickey D's. I dont know if that is what you were looking for, but you didnt specify the type of answer you were looking for so I just generalized is base on my traveling experiences. Hell, just find a random place off the highway and give it a try.
