Our xbox 360 wont load 1 game but the others are fine?

only had it since xmas... the game in question has no scratches or dust on it.... and it worked last night??? have wiped it with a soft cloth and still nothing. oth half cross thinking one of the kids has damaged it but dnt see how as it is the only game not to work/load??
