What is Glenn Martin DDS all about?

I had my 5 year old daughter watching Spongebob and I guess this must have come on afterwards. Anyway, when I went to check on her I caught just a glimpse of the show and from what I saw it didn't seem like something that she should be watching. Can someone please explain to me what this show is about and if it is meant to be watched by children.
