Is this an accurate scenario of what will happen when the Arizona law spreads?

All of the southern border states with the exception of California will enact a similar laws. This will create a panic in the Illegal immigrant communities and will force them to uproot to Liberal states with sanctuary cities. These states will all go bankrupt because of the unsustainable conditions. People will get fed up and vote Republican and m deportations will commence. California is already seeing this happen. Does that sound like an accurate prediction?
