If my GPA freshman year was a 1.8 but I worked really hard to get a 4.5 sopre year, can I get into UCLA?

I really screwed up, and my gpa is 4.5 rite now... I am rank one in all of my cles (but not in my school) do i hav a chance at Berkley, UCLA, or USC?!?!
