There is no reason why eating 3 meals a day cannot help you lose weight.Have a healthy breakfast, a substantial lunch and a lighter dinner. Take your dinner before 7pm. Our body metabolic rate slow down in the evening and digestion becomes sluggish. Food are more likely to be stored as fat. Eating the correct amount of food is also important, i,e, if eat lesser if your lifestyle do not need you to use to much energy.
