Does she still have feelings for her ex? Do I have a chance?

Sorry to say, but if she just posted a pregnant pic (holding HIS hand) on her facebook page, then she's still hooked on him. If he's such a loser, then she has problems too or she wouldn't be thinking about getting him back. You might be better off without her. Sorry :( Best of luck to you.
